Our first month was a great success agreeing 8 sales and 6 lets. The graph below demonstrates that despite some caution in the market, it has not stopped us achieving very close to asking price offers.

On average we achieved within 98.25% of the asking price.

Our lettings results were similar

On average we agreed within 99% of our asking price.

In order to achieve the goals we set we also monitor where our enquiries come from which allows us to dictate how we spend our marketing and advertising money. Here are the results for August :

We also monitor how many enquiries then convert to viewings which in turn convert to sales, bearing in mind the average viewing to sale conversion is 16 viewings to one sale.

Taking into account that this was our first month we converted nearly 50% of our enquiries into viewings, and 1 in 6 people who viewed had an offer accepted on a sales or rental property.
